主要研究方向包括通信网络安全、无线通信、无人机通信等领域。发表SCI期刊文章61篇(第一作者/通讯作者46篇,ESI热点论文2篇)。以第一作者著有Springer英文专著2部,人民邮电出版社中文专著3部。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项。获国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、第四届中国出版政府奖、中国电子学会自然科学二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖。担任IEEE Transactions on  Wireless Communications,IEEE Wireless  Communications Letters等国际学术期刊编委。
