研究方向:
选题1:家禽健康的营养调控
以养未病和停抗替代为目标,研究氧化还原、免疫调控和肠道微生态稳态失衡诱发的炎性损伤调控途径和网络,评价营养素对家禽健康的作用及其机制,解析营养素的双向调节作用,确定保障家禽健康的关键功能营养素及供给参数和应用场景,研究微生物和饲料预消化对家禽健康的影响及其机制,开发功能性营养素、微生态制剂、预消化技术,维持家禽适度的抗氧化、免疫和肠道微生态,确保家禽健康。
选题2:禽产品品质营养调控
以满足人民美好生活和生命健康为目标,研究蛋壳、蛋清、蛋黄和风味的形成机理和营养调控技术,功能性成分在鸡蛋(肉)中的转化、转移和沉积规律及其调节机制,环境、基因、营养影响鸡蛋(肉)产品品质的机理,优质功能鸡蛋、鸡肉评价技术体系,雏鸡肌肉生长发育规律,禽产品品质可追溯体系;开发基于饲料营养的禽蛋(肉)功能品质的定向调控技术。
选题3:环境健康的营养调控
以玉米豆粕替代和双碳减排为目标,评价饲料原料的家禽可利用能量、可利用氨基酸含量,研究家禽理想氨基酸模式、理想微量元素模式、理想脂质模式,构建家禽可消化营养素数据库;基于理想蛋白、微量元素平衡和净能体系的家禽精准营养需要;饲料原料和添加剂生物学价值评定,开发评价地源性饲料资源;饲料体外消化、添加剂消解等抗营养因子去除技术;开发基于玉米豆粕减量的家禽低蛋白低排放环保饲料调制技术。

1.奖励
1.1 优质鸡蛋生产的营养调控技术体系创新与应用
攻克优质鸡蛋生产的营养调控关键技术:蛋壳超微结构形成的时空机制及营养素调控基质蛋白和力学特性;改善蛋鸡健康和蛋清品质的抗氧化技术体系;创建了营养健康蛋生产技术;鱼腥味鸡蛋的形成机理和条件;研制和推广产品。获2020-2021年度神农中华农业科技奖成果类一等奖、2020中国农业农村十大新技术、2020年中国农业科学院十大农业科技进展。
1.2 鸡蛋蛋壳品质营养调控关键技术创新
通过优化超微结构及其动态矿化过程调控鸡蛋蛋壳品质的技术体系,为解决蛋鸡养殖中的蛋壳品质下降提供关键技术支撑。通过延长产蛋周期,可实现降低成本、节约土地等资源。中国农业农村部科技发展中心评价,成果整体达到国际先进水平。该成果获第十二届大北农科技奖创新奖。
1.3 蛋鸡健康的营养调控技术
依据“养未病”的营养调控理念,结合机体代谢过程中氧化还原反应的普适性及其在机体健康中扮演的核心关键角色,提出了新颖的抗氧化营养调控蛋鸡健康的理论。蛋鸡可以通过吃料保健康,并非吃药促健康,达到了“养未病”的研发初衷。该成果获北京市农业技术推广奖三等奖。
