  法政学院成立于2001年12月。学院下设法律、社会工作、公共管理3个系，拥有法学、社会工作、公共事业管理、行政管理4个本科专业，在读本科生844人，研究生150人。其中法学专业为浙江省一流本科专业建设点、浙江省新兴特色专业，法学、行政管理两个专业是校级综合改革试点专业，社会工作专业是校级品牌建设专业。学院拥有法学一级学科硕士点，以及法律硕士、社会工作硕士专业学位授予权。法学学科入选浙江省“十三五”一流学科（B），2020年法学学科进入“2020软科中国最好学科排名”前30%，位列全国62名。学院设有校级经济法研究所，院级网络法研究所和时尚艺术法研究所、中印社会政策与法律比较研究中心、社会法研究中心等科研机构；拥有竞争法创新团队，并主导设立了全国第一个省级竞争法研究会。

  学院现有教职工81人，其中专任教师70人。教授9人、副教授25人（含特聘副教授4人），博士58人，占专任教师比例为82．9%。具有六个月以上海外知名大学学习工作经历的专任教师比例为46．4%。拥有国务院反垄断委员会专家咨询组成员1人，浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”重点资助1人、第三层次2人，浙江省高校中青年学科带头人3人，浙江省十大优秀中青年法学专家1人，浙江省反价格垄断专家1人，浙江省法官检察官遴选委员会专家委员1人，浙江省高校专业教学指导委员会委员1人，浙江理工大学教学名师2人。

  十三五以来，学院共获各类纵向科研项目95项，其中国家社科基金项目15项（含重点项目1项）、国家自然科学基金项目1项、省部级38项、厅局级40项。获各类横向科研项目110项。到账科研经费总计近830万元。获各类奖励11项，其中省部级5项，厅局级4项。公开发表学术论文137篇，其中特级刊物3篇，SSCI收录5篇，一级刊物21篇（其中一级A类10篇，一级B类11篇），其中《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》和《高等学校文科学术文摘》三大文摘转载的论文有了新的突破。出版著作19部。9项成果获得省主要领导的肯定性批示。

  学院学术交流活跃，近年来主办和承办国际学术会议7场、国内学术会议17场，先后邀请了100余位海内外专家学者来学院讲学；积极推进国际化办学，与美国凯斯西储大学、美国乔治•梅森大学、台湾铭传大学法律学院、台湾高雄大学法学院、香港岭南大学签订了合作协议，互派交流学生。

  经过十多年的快速发展，学院已成为一个横跨法学、社会学、管理学3个一级学科门类的综合性文科学院。

  The School of Law and Politics was established in December 2001． The college consists of 3 departments of law， social work， and public administration． It has 4 undergraduate majors in law， social work， public utility management， and administrative management． There are 844 undergraduates and 150 graduate students． Among them， the law major is a first－class undergraduate major construction site in Zhejiang Province and an emerging specialty major in Zhejiang Province． The two majors of law and administrative management are the school－level comprehensive reform pilot majors， and the social work major is the school－level brand building major． The college has a first－level discipline master's program in law， as well as the right to confer professional degrees of master of law and master of social work． The law discipline was selected as the first－class discipline （B） of the “13th Five－Year Plan” in Zhejiang Province． In 2020， the law discipline entered the top 30% of the “2020 Soft Science China Best Disciplines Ranking”， ranking 62 in the country． The college has a school－level economic law institute， a college－level network law institute， a fashion art law institute， a China－India Social Policy and Law Comparative Research Center， a Social Law Research Center and other scientific research institutions； it has a competition law innovation team and leads the establishment of Established the first provincial competition law research society in China．

  The college currently has 81 faculty members， including 70 full－time teachers． There are 9 professors， 25 associate professors （including 4 specially－appointed associate professors）， and 58 doctors， accounting for 82．9% of the full－time teachers． The proportion of full－time teachers with more than six months of study and work experience in well－known overseas universities is 46．4%． It has 1 member of the Expert Advisory Group of the Anti－Monopoly Committee of the State Council， 1 key funded member of Zhejiang Province's "New Century 151 Talent Project"， 2 members of the third level， 3 young and middle－aged academic leaders in Zhejiang Province， and Zhejiang Province's top ten outstanding young and middle－aged people． 1 legal expert， 1 Zhejiang anti－price monopoly expert， 1 expert member of the Zhejiang Provincial Judge and Prosecutor Selection Committee， 1 member of the Zhejiang University Professional Teaching Steering Committee， and 2 Zhejiang Sci－Tech University teaching teachers．

  Since the 13th Five－Year Plan， the college has won a total of 95 vertical scientific research projects， including 15 projects of the National Social Science Fund （including 1 key project）， 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China， 38 projects at the provincial and ministerial level， and 40 projects at the department and bureau level． item． Won 110 horizontal scientific research projects of various types． The total amount of scientific research funds received is nearly 8．3 million yuan． It has won 11 awards of various types， including 5 at the provincial and ministerial level and 4 at the bureau level． Published 137 academic papers， including 3 special journals， 5 SSCI indexed， 21 first－level publications （including 10 first－level A category， 11 first－level category B）， including "Xinhua Digest"， "Chinese Social Sciences" A new breakthrough has been made in the reprinted papers of the three major abstracts， "Academic Digest" and "Academic Digest of Arts and Sciences in Colleges and Universities"． Published 19 books． Nine achievements have been affirmed by the provincial leaders．

  The college has active academic exchanges． In recent years， it has hosted and hosted 7 international academic conferences and 17 domestic academic conferences， and has invited more than 100 experts and scholars from home and abroad to give lectures in the college； Mason University， Taiwan Ming Chuan University Law School， Taiwan Kaohsiung University Law School， and Hong Kong Lingnan University signed a cooperation agreement to exchange students．

  After more than ten years of rapid development， the college has become a comprehensive liberal arts college spanning three first－level disciplines of law， sociology and management．
